Korean Students in Japan Meet Unconverted Long-term Prisoner
Pyongyang, September 8 (KCNA) -- The delegation of the Korean Students Union in Japan led by Mun Si Hong, vice-chairman of the union, staying in the socialist homeland met with Choe Thae Guk, former unconverted long-term prisoner, on Wednesday.

Choe said that he could remain true to his revolutionary principle despite enemies' severe punishment and appeasement and deception in hell-like south Korean prison for decades because he cherished absolute trust in the Party and leader.

Recalling that General Secretary Kim Jong Il bestowed upon him the honor of being a pro-reunification patriotic fighter and hero of the Republic though he did just what he should do as his soldier, Choe said in an excited tone that Kim Jong Il is indeed the benevolent father of all Koreans.

He urged the members of the delegation to prepare as reliable officials of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan who steadfastly carry forward the tradition of patriotism, remaining true to the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il, the illustrious commander of Mt. Paektu.

Then there was an art performance given by the members of the delegation.
