Death List of Koreans Drafted to Japan Opened to Public
Pyongyang, August 29 (KCNA) -- The death list of Koreans who were forcibly drafted by the Japanese imperialists in the past was opened to the public, according to Yonhap News of south Korea.

The Committee for Supporting Investigation into Victims of Forcible Drafting and Death of Those Drafted to Foreign Countries in the Period of Resistance against Japan Thursday referred to the confirmation by the Japanese government of the list of 5,600 Koreans who were killed at enterprises, coal mines and other places of Japan after being forcibly taken there during the Japanese imperialists' occupation of Korea.

This brings to light the history of crimes Japan committed against Koreans in the past as this data bears witness to the damage done to the Korean victims of forcible drafting in the above-said period.
