The book contains 19 reminiscences telling about the outstanding leadership ability, immortal exploits and noble virtues of President Kim Il Sung.

Reminiscences such as "Until inaugural congress of the party" and "The unforgettable story about the situation right after party founding" deal with the great exploits the President performed by successfully accomplishing the historic cause of founding the Party under the complicated situation after the liberation of Korea and providing wise leadership over the work to make sure that the Workers' Party of Korea creditably fulfilled its mission as a political staff steering the building of a new country from the very day of its founding.

"Saying that our working class can do anything if they have a will" and "Helping farmers find key to increasing grain production" and other reminiscences tell stories about the President who laid a foundation for developing the machine-building industry and walked along roads between fields all his life.

The book also contains reminiscences dealing with the facts that the President taught all officials to work, placing the interests of the people above everything and initiated the work to erect the first monument on the theme of the revolutionary traditions and saw to it that it was successfully completed.
