A ceremony of bestowing commendations took place on Tuesday.

Order of Kim Il Sung went to the North Phyongan Provincial Tideland Reclamation Complex and Kim Il Sung Prize to the design of the tideland reclamation at the ceremony.

The title of Labor Hero together with Gold Medal (Hammer and Sickle) and Order of National Flag 1st Class were awarded to 16 people and the commendation of watch bearing the august name of President Kim Il Sung were conferred on 34 people and the citation of General Secretary
Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, on 42 and Kim Il Sung Youth Honor Prize on 4.

Honorary titles, Order of National Flag 1st Class, Order of Labor, Order of National Flag 2nd Class, Order of National Flag 3rd Class and Medal of Merit went to many officials and builders.
