Pyongyang Silk Shop
Pyongyang, August 4 (KCNA) -- The Pyongyang Silk Shop was recently opened in Mansudae Street.

The shop sells some kinds of clothes including national clothes, quilts, pillows, various decorations suitable for national clothes and other ornaments, all made of silk from the Pakchon and Nyongbyon silk mills in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Most popular among the silk goods is chima and jogori (Korean skirt and jacket) made of Yaksan silk.

Customers can also have clothes made at the shop with silk cloth they choose.

Laundry soup for silk goods is also on sale at the shop.

Ko Ryon Hui, manager of the shop, told KCNA the demand for silk goods was ever increasing among citizens.
