Korea's Reunification Supported
Pyongyang, July 29 (KCNA) -- Oskar Molleby, chief of the Swedish Group for the Study of the Juche Idea, issued a statement on July 22 on the occasion of the 13th anniversary of the publication of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's work "Let Us Carry Out the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung's Instructions for National Reunification".

The statement noted that in the work Kim Jong Il formulated the three principles of national reunification--independence, peaceful reunification and great national unity--, the ten-point programme of the great unity of the whole nation and the proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo advanced by President Kim Il Sung as the three charters for national reunification and that Kim Jong Il led all the people to hold fast to the charters in the national reunification movement.

The three charters for national reunification serve as the most reasonable and fair and aboveboard great programme for reunification in line with the actual conditions of Korea, in which differing ideologies and systems exist in the north and the south, and the unanimous desire of the Korean nation for reunification, the statement noted.

Fully supporting all the measures taken by the DPRK for national reunification, the statement hoped that the Korean people would achieve the country's reunification as soon as possible under the banner of the three charters.
