| Pyongyang, July 28 (KCNA) -- One day in mid-March Juche 40 (1951), President Kim Il Sung worked at his office till late at night and left for a unit of the Korean People's Army on the west coast by car that night. When the car reached the top of a low pass, he told the driver to stop the car. Looking at his watch, he said it was too early to visit the unit and suggested waiting there until the soldiers' getting up from bed. He then got off the car and had a slow walk, exposed to cold wind from the sea.
