The DPRK won a shining victory in the last Korean War thanks to the outstanding strategy and Juche-based war methods of President Kim Il Sung and the Korean people's heroic self-sacrificing spirit.

The Korean people not only honorably defended the sovereignty and dignity of the country but foiled the U.S. attempt to dominate the world and safeguarded global peace and security.

The U.S. has zealously shielded and instigated the south Korean puppet clique to cook up the case of warship "Cheonan" and link it with the DPRK, rendering the situation on the Korean Peninsula extremely tense.

We are convinced that if the U.S. provokes another war against the DPRK, the Korean people under the Songun leadership of General Secretary Kim Jong Il will surely defeat the U.S. and achieve the country's reunification.
