The plenary meeting proposed the issue of the activities of the German Preparatory Committee for Commemorating the Centenary of Birth of President Kim Il Sung as a separate agenda item.

The meeting decided on making an interim review of the work of the preparatory committee in November, issuing its bulletin introducing the brilliant revolutionary career of the President and his immortal feats and serially carrying his short biography on the organ of the party and on carrying out the plans of the central and local party organizations to widely organize such political and cultural events as a seminar and film show on important occasions.
