Anniversary of DPRK-Philippines Diplomatic Ties Marked

| Pyongyang, July 12 (KCNA) -- A meeting and a film show were held here on Monday on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the DPRK and the Republic of the Philippines. Present at the meeting were Jon Yong Jin, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who is chairman of the DPRK-Philippines Friendship Association, members of the association and working people in the city. A speech was made by Jon Yong Jin there. At the end of the meeting, the participants watched a documentary film introducing natural landscape of the Philippines. |
