Pak Ui Chun Greets Togo FM

| Pyongyang, June 23 (KCNA) -- Pak Ui Chun, DPRK foreign minister, sent a congratulatory message to Elliot Ohin on Tuesday upon his appointment as minister of State and minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Togo. The message expressed belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would steadily grow stronger and develop.
