Punishment of Lee Myung Bak Group of Traitors Called for
Pyongyang, June 23 (KCNA) -- The Solidarity Council of Organizations for Honoring the Memory of Martyrs for the Nation and Democracy, the National Council of Bereaved Families for the Nation and Democracy and other civic and public organizations of south Korea held a rally for honoring the memory of those killed by the successive fascist dictatorial regimes in Seoul on June 19.

The participants in the rally honored the memory of Jon Thae Il, Ri Han Ryol, Pak Jong Chol and other martyrs who were brutally killed by the fascist dictators.

Speakers at the rally accused the Lee Myung Bak group of watching for a chance to retaliate against the people in defiance of their will even after its defeat in the "elections to the local self-governing bodies".

They could not repress resentment at the authorities who hindered the above-said rally, they said, stressing the need to put a definite end to the Lee Myung Bak regime.

They called upon all to pool their efforts in their actions to punish the ferocious gang for going against the mindset of the people and violating democracy.

At the end of the rally its participants marched as far as to Jogye Temple in memory of a Buddhist who protested with his death against the Lee group of traitors' reckless projects for "improving the four big rivers".
