The press secretary of a provincial committee of the Pakistan People's Party said that the work of Kim Jong Il "On Preserving the Juche Character and National Character of the Revolution and Construction" expounds the idea that it is imperative to preserve the Juche character and national character in order to accomplish socialism on the basis of historical experience and lesson drawn from the Korean revolution and the world revolution and sets forth tasks for realizing it in an all-round way.

The chief of the Swedish Group for the Study of the Juche Idea noted that Kim Jong Il made public the work "Socialism Is a Science" at a time when the world socialist movement was undergoing turns and twists, thus dealing blows at the imperialists and reactionaries and instilling confidence in victory of socialism into the progressive mankind.

The international secretary of the Central Committee of the French Revolutionary Communist League referred to the fact that while working in the WPK Central Committee Kim Jong Il has developed the WPK into the Juche-oriented revolutionary party guided by the Juche idea fathered by President Kim Il Sung and an invincible party which formed steel-strong unity and cohesion matchless with any other party.

The director of the Stroinmashuintorg Company of Russia said that it is the greatest miracle that the WPK has invariably held fast to the socialist banner even under the present complicated situation, stressing that Korean-style socialism is guaranteed by the invincible military power.
