On display at the exhibition hall were photos of General Secretary Kim Jong Il giving guidance to the field of culture and arts, photos introducing the development of the Juche-oriented arts in the DPRK and fine art works associated with wisdom and talent of the Korean people.

The department director of the Skopje Cultural Information Center of Macedonia said at its opening ceremony that the culture and arts of the DPRK have reached the stage of high level and the Korean people are enjoying a genuine cultural life under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il.

The exhibition offers the Macedonian people an important opportunity to get better understanding of the DPRK and the Korean people, the speaker said, expressing belief that such cultural exchange would be greatly helpful to the development of the relations between the two countries.

During the exhibition, a large number of personages and masses of different circles visited the exhibition hall.
