The work, published on June 19, Juche 86 (1997), clarifies the idea that preserving the Juche character and national character of the revolution and construction serves as main principle to be adhered to in accomplishing the cause of socialism and tasks and ways to do so.

A ceremony of releasing the work took place at the association on June 11.
