Anti-DPRK Campaign Accused
Pyongyang, June 15 (KCNA) -- The Nigerian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea issued a statement on June 3 in denunciation of the U.S. and the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors' escalated anti-DPRK campaign.

The statement branded the assertions made by them to forcibly link the case of sinking of warship "Cheonan" with the DPRK as a fabrication without any clear and convincible evidence and as a plot of those standing against the reunification of Korea.

The said case was a product of the hostile policy pursued by the U.S. which seeks to stifle the DPRK by disturbing peace and security and screwing up tension on the Korean Peninsula, it pointed out, saying:

We call upon the world progressives who set store by peace to vehemently condemn the U.S. and the south Korean authorities for getting evermore pronounced in their aggression moves with the case as a pretext.

Meanwhile, protests against the U.S. and the south Korean puppet authorities' anti-DPRK moves were staged outside the U.S. and south Korean consulates general in Vladivostok, Russia, on June 3 and 4. Participating in them were personages of the Maritime Territorial Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and the Vladivostok City Committee of the Young Communist League of the Russian Federation.

The protestors were carrying DPRK flags and placards reading "The DPRK is with us" and "The U.S., don't play with fire, don't provoke a war!" They disclosed that the case of warship sinking was aimed only to stifle the DPRK.

An appeal and a statement demanding stop to blackmail against the DPRK were made public at the demonstrations.

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Venezuela carried in its organ Tribuna Popular dated May 30 a poster denouncing the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet group's anti-DPRK aggression moves and distributed copies of it to different parts in Caracas.
