Putin in the message extended congratulations to Choe Yong Rim upon his election as DPRK premier and assured him that the Russian side would continue boosting cooperation with the DPRK for the purpose of meeting the interests of the peoples of the two countries and ensuring peace and stability in Northeast Asia.
