The bulletin in an article titled "The Workers' Party of Korea, an invincible party" noted that June 19, 2010, is the 46th anniversary of his start of work at the WPK Central Committee.

Kim Jong Il has developed the WPK into a party with transparent guiding idea, it said, and went on:

When starting his work at the WPK Central Committee, he clarified his will to hold fast to the Juche idea fathered by President Kim Il Sung as a guiding idea of the party and thoroughly apply it to party building and activities.

He formulated the revolutionary idea of the President as an integrated system of ideas, theories and methods of Juche and declared a programme for modeling the whole society on the Juche idea, thus ensuring that the whole party is equipped with the Juche idea.

He saw to it that every work was done in line with the idea and intention of the President, the founder of the WPK, and the way he did and the requirements of the Juche idea were fully met in all fields of party building and activities.

Kim Jong Il has developed the WPK into a party which has achieved single-minded unity.

The WPK under the great leader will always demonstrate its might as an invincible party.
