DPRK Succeeds in Asian Women's Boxing Championships

| Pyongyang, June 3 (KCNA) -- The DPRK players bagged two gold medals, four silver medals and two bronze medals at the Fifth Asian Women's Boxing Championships held in Kazakhstan from May 23 to 30. Kim Myong Sim came first in the 48kg category and Yun Kum Ju in the 57kg category. Jong Ok, Kim Hye Song, Ryu Yong Sim and Ri Suk Yong placed second in the 46kg, 54kg, 60kg and 69kg categories and Pak Kyong Ok and Jang Un Hui third in the 64kg and 75kg categories. |
