Japan Accused of Accomplices in Case of Warship Sinking
Pyongyang, June 2 (KCNA) -- The prime minister of Japan, when referring to the sinking of a warship of the south Korean puppet navy some days ago, blustered that "Japan should take the lead in sponsoring a resolution of the UN Security Council if requested" by south Korea.

In this regard Rodong Sinmun Wednesday says in a signed commentary:

The case is a despicable charade orchestrated by the south Korean puppet forces with the U.S. approval and under its patronage.

There is no justification whatsoever for Japan to impertinently behave, patronizing the accomplices in the case.

The inveterate bad habit of Japan of dancing to the tune of others without any principle has resurfaced.

Taking the advantage of the case, the Japanese reactionaries are becoming ridiculous in their bid to create an international environment favorable for staging a comeback to Korea in "contingency" on the Korean Peninsula.

No sooner had "the results of the investigation" into the case been announced than Japan voiced "support" and "cooperation" to please its U.S. master, as if it had been waiting for them. This behavior was prompted by a sinister intention.

Japan, blinded by its wild ambition to stage a comeback to Korea, is going reckless, sticking to its biased stand unaware of who is really to blame for the case and the nature of the case.

Japan is so cunning as to draw water to its mill while supporting the U.S. and the south Korean puppet authorities that cooked up so hideous case through a collusion. This is nothing but a ridiculous behavior of a political pigmy without an equal in the world.

Japan had better behave with reason if it does not wish to suffer bitter shame in the eyes of the world while going reckless over the said case.
