Hack Writers on Payroll of S. Korean Conservative Slammed
Pyongyang, May 13 (KCNA) -- Some media of south Korea do not hesitate to talk such rubbish that it is "important to set right the loosened principle toward the north" and "tourism is the job that can be done slowly," in reference to the issue of tour of Mt. Kumgang, while defending the conservative authorities in their moves to escalate the inter-Korean confrontation.

Minju Joson Thursday says in a signed commentary in this regard:

The above-said outbursts clearly indicate that some media of south Korea have been reduced to the waiting maids of the conservative authorities and trumpeters of confrontation with fellow countrymen.

Had some media of south Korea not gone the lengths of conducting the anti-DPRK false propaganda so persistently and noisily, the tour of Mt. Kumgang would not have been scuttled nor the inter-Korean relations would have reached such an unpredictably extreme phase.

The blame for the extremely strained inter-Korean relations including the failure to resume the tour of Mt. Kumgang rests with the hack writers on the payroll of the conservative authorities.

The "principle toward the north" touted by hack writers of south Korea is nothing but the "principle" of confrontation with fellow countrymen touted by the conservative authorities.

The "advise" given by the hack writers to the conservative authorities to "set right the loosened principle toward the north" is, in the final analysis, nothing but a call for escalating the confrontation with fellow countrymen as they have advocated "adherence to the principle."

This is an unpardonable crime.

Only a severe judgment of the nation awaits those hack writers hell-bent on falsifying truth in contravention of public mind-set.

Media of south Korea would be well advised to draw a lesson from this and honestly repent of their behavior and stop serving the dictatorial forces which seek a way out in escalating the confrontation with fellow countrymen, their backs turned on the nation.
