DPRK Defeats Nigeria Again

| Pyongyang, May 5 (KCNA) -- The second female football match between the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and Nigeria took place at Kim Il Sung Stadium on Wednesday with the approach of the 2010 Asian Women's Football Championship. The DPRK team defeated the Nigerian team 3:0. Earlier, the host team won the first match held on May 2 with Ri Ye Gyong, No. 9, getting a goal some 14 minutes after the beginning of the first half. The DPRK belongs to Group A in the Asian Cup together with Thailand, Myanmar and Japan. |
