The work, published on April 6, Juche 82 (1993), comprehensively indicates the ways for achieving the great unity of the nation such as the matter of founding a unified state through the unity of the whole nation and achieving unity based on the love for the nation and the spirit of national independence, the matter of promoting co-existence, co-prosperity and common interests, ending all political strife escalating the division and confrontation between fellow countrymen and building confidence and achieving unity between the north and the south and the matter of joining hands on the road for the country's reunification, not rejecting each other because of differing ideology and ism.
