The festival will be divided into a city-planning and architectural design prize contest, a national symposium on architecture and construction, competition for the modernization of architectural designing, etc.

Valuable papers, architectural design programs and multi-media and others will be presented to the festival which will bring together creators and technicians in the fields of architecture and construction.
