The soldier-builders in Huichon and other builders of the power station are bringing about new miracles and innovations day by day in the spirit of devotedly implementing the leader's instructions, the spirit of flattening even a high mountain at one go if required by the Party, the editorial notes, and goes on:

It is in the construction sites of the power station that the matchless offensive spirit of the great brilliant commander of Mt. Paektu is running high and the strong mental power of Kim Il Sung's nation knowing no impossibility is given full play. The soldier-builders and other builders in Huichon have carried out in a matter of several months the vast project, which would have taken several years at an ordinary pace, by racing against the time. This miracle can be performed only by servicepersons and people in the DPRK carving out a bright future by making an epoch-making leap forward.

Every minute and second in the construction sites of the Huichon Power Station witness the speed of advance for a great surge and eye-opening achievements are being reported from different parts of the country thanks to the enterprising and creative work style of the builders.

Inexhaustible is the strength of the servicepersons and people of the DPRK rallied close around the Party and optimistic is their future, the editorial says, calling upon all of them to fully display the spirit of Songun Korea making a leap forward in the construction of the Huichon Power Station under the leadership of the great Party and bring earlier the final victory in the drive for building a thriving nation.
