Japan's Reckless Moves to Grab Tok Islets Assailed
Pyongyang, April 25 (KCNA) -- The Japanese government in its recent "diplomatic blue book" claimed "dominium" over Tok Islets. Earlier, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan decided to carry contents asserting "dominium" over Tok Islets in textbooks of all social subjects to be used at elementary schools from 2011.

The reality proves that Japan set the reinvasion of Korea as the basic orientation of its foreign policy for aggression and puts main emphasis on training younger people to be a shock brigade for militarist reinvasion in the history education among them, says Rodong Sinmun Sunday in a signed article.

Japan's claim to Tok Islets is far-fetched assertion and sheer sophism as it has neither historical validity nor legal ground, the article says, and goes on:

The Japanese government is making far-fetched assertion that Tok Islets belong to Japan, in utter disregard of the undeniable historical facts and objective reality.

The "dominium" over Tok Islets, Japan's sheer fabrication, is, in essence, a new theory of reinvasion of Korea, the modern version of "theory of conquest of Korea".

Japan is working hard to invent justification and pretext for staging a comeback to Korea while persistently insisting on "dominium" over Tok Islets. Herein lies one of important reasons why it continues drawing the attention of the international community to the issue of Tok Islets while doggedly insisting on "dominium" over them.

Such moves of Japan are rendering the confrontation between the DPRK and Japan extremely acute, the article says, warning that any action to be taken by the Japanese reactionaries to seize Tok Islets will only precipitate their own self-destruction.
