Japanese Media Accused of Anti-DPRK False Propaganda
Pyongyang, April 23 (KCNA) -- Sankei Shimbun, Fuji TV, Nihon TV and other ultra rightwing conservative media are busy with their false propaganda malignantly slandering the ideology and system in the DPRK. This comes under fire by a signed commentary of Minju Joson Friday.

The evermore undisguised anti-DPRK smear campaign of the above-said TV broadcasting services is a wanton violation of the sovereignty and dignity of the DPRK and a challenge to it and a grave infringement upon copyright, a violation of international law, the commentary notes, and goes on:

The above-said TV broadcasting services are doing such despicable things as deliberately adapting for their programs DPRK films telecast by satellite without any permission from copyright holders.

Japan is such a rogue state as to vociferate about "observance" of international law when it appears favorable for Japan, but to defy it without hesitation in pursuance of its own interests.

Those media are busy fabricating fictions, exaggerating things and spreading sheer lies in a bid to build public opinion critical of the DPRK under the authorities' patronage and at their tacit connivance.

Sankei Shimbun and other ultra rightwing papers of Japan have moved to copy necessary sentences and phrases from articles carried by media of the DPRK after deleting their first and last parts, distort cases or craft lies in order to use them for their anti-DPRK smear campaigns.

These media neither wish to face up to the reality of the DPRK nor want to hear about it. It is, therefore, a mockery and deception of the press for them to talk about "objective reporting," while cooking up anti-DPRK programs in the dimly-lit back rooms.

The DPRK will never remain an onlooker to the anti-DPRK hysteria of the ultra rightwing conservative media of Japan and the tricksters will have to pay dearly for their politically motivated provocations.
