Cooperation between Cities of DPRK and Ecuador

| Pyongyang, April 19 (KCNA) -- An agreement on friendship, exchange and cooperation was signed on Monday between Nampho City of the DPRK and Esmeraldas City, Esmeraldas Province of Ecuador. The agreement was inked by Ri Kil Chun, chairman of the Nampho City People's Committee, and Luis Banguera Estupinan, acting mayor of Esmeraldas City. |
