In an article titled "Vitality of the Juche Idea of Generalissimo Kim Il Sung" the bulletin introduced in detail the originality and advantages of the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung and said it is fruition of the independent politics based on the Juche idea that the DPRK has reliably defended and further developed socialism.

Noting that the vitality of the Juche idea has been clearly demonstrated in the DPRK, the bulletin stressed that the DPRK advancing under the banner of the Juche idea is sure to emerge victorious despite the U.S. ceaseless threat and provocation to it.
