The message, through the President and the Premier of China, expressed deep sympathy and consolation to the government and people of China, the victims and their families and sincerely hoped that the inhabitants in the quake-stricken area would eradicate the aftermath of the disaster as soon as possible and bring their living to normal under the leadership of the Communist Party and government of China.
