Among them were Vishwanath, director-general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, Kenichi Ogami, secretary general of the IIJI, and his party and Harish Gupta, director-general of the Asian Regional Institute of the Juche Idea.

Arriving also were a delegation of the China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations headed by Vice-President Ji Zhiye, a friendship and tourist visiting group of China led by Vice-Chairman of the National Tourism Administration Zhu Shanzhong and a delegation of parliamentarians of Bundestag from the ruling parties of Germany led by Peter Gauweiler, member of Bundestag of the Christian Social Union and chairman of the Sub-committee of Policy of Foreign Culture and Education of the Bundestag Foreign Affairs Committee.
