| Pyongyang, April 1 (KCNA) -- Premier Kim Yong Il met and had a talk with the delegation of the Global Steel Holdings Limited of India led by Chairman Pramod Mittal which paid a courtesy call on him at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Thursday.
