Rodong Sinmun Tuesday says this in a signed article.

The conservative regime has committed indelible crimes against the country and the nation for the past two years after putting up the signboard of "pragmatism" quite contrary to the trend of the times and the desire of the people for independence, democracy and reunification, the article notes, and goes on:

This regime is bound to meet a ruin as it has become a target of curse, condemnation and elimination after being forsaken by the popular masses, a driving force for the development of history.

It can neither command support from the people nor last any longer as it is a group of stooges serving the U.S.

No desperate efforts on the part of the reactionary rulers can turn the wheel of history backwards. The south Korean people's struggle to put an end to the outdated treacherous policy and win a new policy for independence, democracy and reunification is going on despite the harsh dictatorship enforced under the signboard of "pragmatism."

As for the "pragmatism" which the south Korean rulers put up as a "philosophy for state administration", it originated from the U.S. It is self-evident that the conservative group has no way but to follow the U.S. policy of its forces' presence in south Korea and political and economic subjugation as the group is keen to curry favor with their imperialist master and pursue sycophancy and treachery to remain in power.

The group of traitors is making desperate efforts to escape destruction but such bid will get them nowhere.

The conservative authorities are bound to be thrown into the dumping ground of history before long in face of the massive resistance of the infuriated people.
