US and S. Korean Maneuvers for Nuclear Strike at DPRK Flayed

Pyongyang, March 9 (KCNA) -- The U.S. and the south Korean puppet war hawks finally started Key Resolve and Foal Eagle. This is an unpardonable criminal action to disturb the peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula and drive the situation to an extreme pitch of tension in a bid to ignite a nuclear war of aggression against the DPRK.

Rodong Sinmun Tuesday observes this in a signed commentary in this regard.

It goes on:

The above-said war maneuvers are under way according to the "New Combined OPLAN 5012" and "OPLAN 5029" which assume more offensive nature than the existing all-out war scenario for invading the north "OPLAN 5027."

This saber-rattling is, to all intents and purposes, the war maneuvers for mounting a preemptive nuclear attack on the north which can never be justified.

The DPRK will never remain a passive onlooker to the prevailing serious situation created by the U.S. and south Korean warmongers. It is fully ready to go into action to cope with any situation on its own initiative. It will deal a fatal and merciless blow at those who seek to provoke it even a bit. It is the revolutionary mettle of the army and people of the DPRK to react to the war with an all-out war.

The U.S. and south Korean warmongers would be well advised to stop running amuck, properly understanding the revolutionary will of the DPRK.
