US-S. Korean Joint Military Exercises Flayed

| Pyongyang, February 20 (KCNA) -- The U.S. imperialists and the warmongers of the south Korean puppet army are contemplating staging the DPRK-targeted Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises across south Korea again from March 8 to 18. The south Korea-U.S. "Combined Forces Command" announced it on Feb. 17. Huge forces including more than 18,000 U.S. troops present in south Korea and overseas are said to be involved in the exercises. The warmongers are saying that the exercises are aimed to "improve defence capability" and the like, but this is no more than a smokescreen to cover up their offensive nature for invading the north. |
