Kong Sam Ol, deputy prime minister for Royal Palace of Cambodia, said that Kim Jong Il has, indeed, performed great exploits by wisely leading the whole affairs of the country by carrying forward the revolutionary cause of President Kim Il Sung.

He stressed that the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries provided by the President and Great King Norodom Sihanouk would grow stronger and develop generation after generation under the deep care of Kim Jong Il.

Mainali, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist), Dambar Shrestha, minister of Land Reform and Management of Nepal, and Subash Kaji Shrestha, chairman of the Study Forum for Self-Reliance of Nepal, spoke with high appreciation that Kim Jong Il indicated correct orientation and ways in each period and at each stage of the developing revolution to lead the Korean revolution to victory.

Jairo Gonzalez Trujillo, president of the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea "Kanggye" of Colombia, noted that Kim Jong Il is enjoying boundless reverence from all the people for his outstanding political caliber and distinguished personality as a great man and referred to the fact that voices lauding him are growing stronger among foreign heads of state and prominent figures.

Kim Jong Il as an outstanding thinker and theoretician who has developed and enriched the Juche Idea and a great man who has brought about a decisive turn in building a thriving nation with his Songun leadership.
