Paektusan Secret Camp Visited by Many People
Pyongyang, February 13 (KCNA) -- With General Secretary Kim Jong Il's birthday approaching, a great number of people have visited the Paektusan Secret Camp.

In the endless stream of visitors, there are service members, working people, youth and schoolchildren.

The camp, set up by President Kim Il Sung in the latter half of the 1930s, served as a hub of the Korean revolution and a secret base for the main unit of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army (KPRA). It is also a sacred place of the revolution where Kim Jong Il was born and spent his early childhood.

Preserved well there are the KPRA Headquarters log cabin used by Kim Il Sung, the old home of Kim Jong Il and other relics.

Looking round the camp the visitors learn the glorious revolutionary history and immortal exploits of the three great persons, including anti-Japanese heroine Kim Jong Suk, and refresh their determination to accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche, started on Mt. Paektu by the President, under the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il.
