Kim Jong Il's Birthday to Be Celebrated by Koreans in Russia

| Pyongyang, January 23 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for celebrating February 16 of the United Confederation of Koreans in Russia was formed in Moscow on Jan. 19. Choe Pong Gil, chairman of the confederation, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.
