The basic source of the present international disputes threatening peace and security in regions and the world lies in wrong ideas and policies of looking down upon other countries and nations and slighting them, doing harm to their interests and seeking one's own interests.

In order to settle disputes it is necessary to take vigilance against the imperialists' divide-and alienate-strategy and never allow them to fish in troubled waters.

In order to prevent disputes from occurring it is also important for countries and nations not to accept a political mode not suited to their traditions and specific conditions.

The international bodies including the UN should deal with disputes on the principle of impartiality.

The present unequal international economic order established by the imperialists is stoking the contradictions and confrontation among countries. The daily widening worldwide gap between the rich and the poor and the disparity in the level of social development are one of the sources of disputes.

The people aspiring after independence and peace should wage a dynamic struggle to build a fresh international economic order, bearing in mind that the elimination of the old international economic order is not a mere economic and business-like matter but a political issue of settling serious international disputes.
