The festival, to be opened at the Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Exhibition in mid-February Juche 99 (2010), will be participated in by armed forces organs, ministries and national institutions, servicepersons, working people of different strata, school youth and children, overseas compatriots' organizations and overseas compatriots and friends of different countries.

Immortal flower shows and visits to the Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia hothouses are expected to take place in various provinces.
