Kim Yong Il Congratulates Romanian PM

| Pyongyang, January 7 (KCNA) -- Premier of the Cabinet Kim Yong Il Wednesday sent a congratulatory message to Emil Bock upon his reappointment as Prime Minister of Romania. The message wished him success in his work for the country's development and prosperity. On the same day Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun sent a similar message to Theodore Baconschi on his appointment as foreign minister of Romania. |
