NA Passage of Bill on Overseas Troop Dispatch Blasted in S. Korea
Pyongyang, January 5 (KCNA) -- The Joint Conference of Civic and Public Organizations against the Renewed Troop Dispatch to Afghanistan of south Korea held a press conference in Seoul on Dec. 29 last year to denounce the passage of the bill on overseas troop dispatch through the puppet National Assembly.

The speakers at the press conference charged that it is an "unconstitutional bill" as it provides south Korea with conditions for hurling its military forces any time into a war of aggression even without any consent of the NA in case the UN requests the south Korean authorities to dispatch troops under the signboard of its "peace-keeping activities".

Recalling that south Korea has so far described its support to the U.S. in its war of aggression as an action taken to meet the "request of the UN," they deplored that if the NA is barred from performing its function concerning the troop dispatch, this will invite greater disasters.
