The bulletin in an article captioned "The KPA and Marshal Kim Jong Il" said that born in the secret camp in Mt. Paektu, Kim Jong Il grew up, receiving patriotic and revolutionary education from his parents, and fully acquired personality and quality as a brilliant commander.
