An official of the complex told him that they had thought it would be good to brand them like that as they had been produced in the Songun era.

He, with a smile in his face, said that the products would be used in not only military but civilian sectors so that they could not be called aid materials. He then said it would be good to brand products in such a way as making their producers conspicuous.
