The organization accused the Ministry of Labor of turning down at last an application for creating a union on Dec. 24, terming this an action of supporting the present regime's scheme to brand the above-said union as "an illegal organization."

The authorities' scheme to prevent the government employees from creating a union would meet a strong protest from all the unionists and civic and public organizations and workers, the organization warned.
