The meeting discussed the issue of deeply studying and grasping General Secretary Kim Jong Il's work "On Having a Correct Viewpoint and Understanding of the Juche Philosophy" and intensifying the activities in support of the Korean people in their drive for building a thriving socialist nation.

Speeches were made at the meeting.

Juha Kieksy, chairman of the committee, said that Kim Jong Il's work indicates the most correct way for the progressive people in the era of independence, calling for intensifying the activities to study and disseminate the Juche idea.

Antti Sika-Aho, chairman of the Finland-Korea Society, noted that the Korean people have performed new miracles and feats in all domains of the national economy by victoriously conducting the 150-day campaign under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il and are now successfully waging the 100-day campaign.

The friends of the DPRK in Finland will fully support and encourage the Korean people in their energetic endeavors to accomplish the cause of building a thriving socialist nation under the leadership of Kim Jong Il in the future, too, he noted.
