Kim Jong Il Sends Condolence Telegram to Syrian President

| Pyongyang, December 14 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il Monday sent a message of condolences to Bashar Al-Assad, regional secretary of the Arab Baath Socialist Party and President of Syria. The message said: Upon hearing sad news that your brother Mr. Majud Hafez Al-Assad died of an incurable disease, I offer my heartfelt condolences to you and his bereaved family. |
