Kim in the message noted that the Korean people sincerely rejoice over much progress and development made by the Namibian people in the socio-economic field under the leadership of the president.

Expressing belief that the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and Namibia would grow stronger in the future, Kim wished the president fresh success in his work for the prosperity of the country and its people's welfare.
