GNP's Anti-DPRK "Human Rights" Racket under Fire
Pyongyang, December 3 (KCNA) -- The group of the Grand National Party of south Korea has recently rammed what it called the "bill on human rights in the north" through the "Sub-Committee for Examination of Bills of the Diplomatic, Trade and Unification Committee of the National Assembly". It is now working hard to have it formally adopted as a "law" at the session of the NA a few days later in conspiracy with the "Liberal Progressive Party", an ultra-right conservative party.

Papers Thursday observe in signed commentaries in this regard:

The above-said move is an unpardonable politically motivated provocation against the DPRK as it was prompted by a sinister intention to tarnish the image of the dignified socialist system in the DPRK and escalate confrontation of systems into an extreme pitch.

Rodong Sinmun notes that the DPRK is a genuine country for the people as it regards the popular masses as the master of the state and society and makes everything serve them, fully embodying the immortal Juche idea in the nation-building and social activities. To dare speak ill of it is no more than a reckless act of those who do not know what genuine human rights are like. The paper goes on:

It is preposterous and shameless for the GNP group to take issue with "human rights" issue of someone as they are the criminals who have ruthlessly abused human rights by enforcing a fascist rule over the people.

The ever-more undisguised anti-DPRK "human rights" racket on the part of the puppets in south Korea is a revelation of their ruling crisis.

The south Korean ruling forces should immediately stop the above-said racket aimed at escalating confrontation and tension.

Minju Joson warns that the desperate efforts to railroad the "bill on human rights in the north" through the session of the NA at any cost bring into bolder relief the treacherous nature of those puppets seeking a way-out in escalating the inter-Korean confrontation and thus result in further deepening their ruling crisis.
