| Pyongyang, December 2 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun Tuesday sent a congratulatory message to Catherine Ashton on her election as high representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. Expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and the EU would further develop in various fields, the message wished her success in her work. |
